My stay was good for 3 nights. Really enjoyed its perfect and exceptionally nice location short walk to a quiet area right next to the centre of Venice, San Marco square and the close by waterbus stop. I tried some drinks at bar Melograno, located 5 minutes walk away.
All good.

the hotel with spotless rooms, in a quiet area, to st mark's square. toast and cereals at breakfast. supper friendly and exceptionally nice stuff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. stunning and incredible location not very far from doge's palace. a good choice of food options at a short distance from the venue.

Loved generous sized and spotless junior suite with view of lagoon from the bed, felt like we were home. The staff was helpful and affable, nothing too much trouble.
